This wine is a selection of the best cuvée of the cellar, blended and then aged longer in the cellar. Golden in color with aromas of baked pear, pressed yellow flowers, roasted almond and gravel. The palate is textured and layered with citrus, mixed nut and flinty minerality on the long finish.

Some white nuts and cashews to the nose with a creamy layer of vanilla and pie crust to the lemon citrus and stones. Still bright and fresh on the palate with a nutty edge to the zesty citrus. This is holding up very well. Drink now.
