The 2021 Chablis Vau de Vey 1er Cru has a forward, tropical tinged bouquet with just a touch of reduction. The palate is balanced with citrus lemon and orange pith, pretty like a Vau de Vey should be, though it does miss a bit of substance and grip on the finish.
