There is a strong limestone sensation in the 2021 Tito Zuccardi, a co-fermentation of Malbec with some 15% Cabernet Franc from their Piedra Infinita vineyard and a little Canal Uco (50 hectares in a very good place). They are lowering the oak—this is possibly 90% concrete and only 10% 500-liter barrels—because they feel Malbec does not behave well with oxygen, and for them, oak means oxygen. This is getting more and more precise and more and more mineral. 25,000 bottles were filled in June 2022.
