Still very young, this super-elegant medium-bodied chardonnay needs a moment’s aeration in the glass to reveal its very cool climate and high-altitude personality. Rock pool saltiness and lemon peel freshness in the nose. Terrific concentration, just a hint of mid-palate creaminess and a huge chalky freshness that drives the super-long, racy and minty finish. From organically grown grapes. Drinkable now, but best from 2025. Glass stopper.
