Pale straw in the glass, this wine made from an indigenous Mallorcan grape has a nose of cassava melon, lemon zest and marzipan. It is a full-bodied white wine with white peach, pineapple, honeysuckle and slivered almond flavors. There are touches of aniseed and saline on the brilliant finish.

The 2022 Supernova Blanc comes from a warm and dry year that produced round and approachable wines, in this case, a pale and gentle white with notes of fennel and white fruit, moderate alcohol and ripeness, with good volume and a tender mouthfeel. Only 20% of the volume was in 500-liter barrels. 19,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in April 2023.
