I have had 6 shipments from them without issue. They ship to me in Michigan in about 4‑5 days. Only one time did they short ship me one bottle as the inventory was off but they let me know ahead of time so I could substitute.

Long-time B-21 Burgundy aficionados know Domaine Servin as a bastion of the classical Chablis style. Year in and year out, this exceptional estate holds true to the characteristics that have earned the region its legions of adoring fans. Even in a warm vintage like 2022, the domaine's extensive range of wines maintain the chiseled cut and energy that fans of the old school know and love.

Our recent allocation of the 2022s comes in at extremely sharp pricing for our private clients, offering the chance to stock the cellar with proven performers that deliver quintessential Chablis style and first-class QPR. A standout trio of 1er crus is lead by the "well-defined and precise" Butteaux that garnered 91-93 points fromVinous' Neal Martin and 90-93 points and an Outstanding designation from Meadows of Burghound, who notes its "focused power" and "impressively long and balanced finale." The crown jewels in the Servin stable are undoubtedly the Les Clos and Les Preuses Grands Crus. With 95-point potential from both Meadows and Martin, the Les Clos is a resounding success in the vintage, "compact, mineral-driven, and built to age" according to Meadows, a crystal-clear expression of this hallowed terroir. Les Preuses is no less impressive, a "strikingly textured and hugely long" rendition that collectors will love to have in their cellars for years to come.

As the region's recent growing seasons have tended to favor a more modern, upfront style, it's becoming increasingly harder to find Chablis expressions that capture the very best of what made the region famous in the first place, but Domaine Servin is still holding true to form, and you'll be hard-pressed to find more transparent terroir character in the 2022 vintage than this line-up on offer today.

Real weight here, with the warmth of the 2022 vintage evident. There is good acidity to keep the concentrated fruit in balance, then a touch of spice on the finish, Very distinctive Chablis. Domaine Servin, run by François, has a history dating back to 1654. With 32ha across all four quality tiers, Servin's vines are over 50 years old and have been propagated from cuttings from the best vines in the lieu-dit of Les Pargues.
