Green, grassy aromas and flavors of banana peels and leaves, candle wax and starched linen, bananas foster in a cast iron skillet, and cappuccino with mace with a supple, crisp, dry-yet-fruity light-to-medium body and a tingling, breezy caramel ice milk in a pewter bowl, wet stones, pepper, and bamboo finish.
