Light-bodied, soft and smooth on the palate. Mildly malty with notes of caramel and loads of toasted malt flavour. Hops are also mild, with little bitterness and a flowery character that blends very complementary with the malt flavours to create a distinct tea-like flavour. Things go a bit bready as the beer warms. Then more metallic and mineral flavours fill in the gaps and fall into the finish, along with some malt and hop residuals.
