Excellent process for sake and delivery, boxes are a little weak though. Have ordered a bunch of cases and all the boxes just didn't feel strong enough. Nothing broken but several started to disintegrate when I picked them up from a delivery.

The folks at B‑21 turn orders quickly and the$24/case shipping cost is reasonable. My shipment arrived with one broken bottle that apparently was empty when it was packed, as there was no evidence of wine in any dividers, the bottles in the case, or the case itself. The cork was still in the bottle. It was disappointing to lose a bottle of my wife's favorite wine, and they refunded the price of the bottle without delay. It was unfortunate that this happened, but hard to understand how an empty bottle could have been put in the case. I am satisfied with their response and hope to continue doing business with them.

Moscato D’Asti contains natural carbonation. The juice is fermented in Charmat-style, pressurized tanks. As the alcohol is created, so is the carbonation. Once the desired sweetness is achieved, the wine is centrifuged and bottled. The alcohol level stays at approximately 5.5% and contains 10% residual sugar. Its natural acidity and low pH strike the perfect balance with the wine’s natural sweetness. It is not cloying or heavy.
