Experience was great. Fast service and came as ordered. Discovered Ontanon 2015 Reserva at their winery in Rioja, Spain during a recent visit and was very happy to find it available at B21. Pale gold. Medium intensity, but crystalline brightness. The nose is elegant and fresh with hints of vanilla and spices. The palate shows a medium body, a very smooth and rich rum. The finish reminds the aromatic freshness of the nose, and the characteristics of the palate with a bit of pepper.
